You will need to provide a layout of your building with specific information regarding your location of door/window openings and other options of your choosing. This form must be completed, signed and returned to your sales representative, indicating your color choices for your roof, wall and trim, and the total cost of your order.
A minimum 25% deposit is required with your order. We accept cash or check for deposits. If you are having the building installed, you will pay the installer the labor amount at time of completion. The remainder balance on the building materials (after your deposit) is due at the time of delivery. If you are purchasing a building kit only, the balance is due at time of delivery or pick-up. At the time of delivery/pick-up, we accept cash or a cashier's check for final payment.
Once your order is in the system, you will be contacted to schedule delivery and/or installation of your building. Lead-times typically are 3-4 weeks to install date from time of order, and sooner for building kits.
